The launch of the Sabah Farmers One-Stop Centre (SAFOSC) on 2nd October 2024 marked a significant milestone for Sabah’s agricultural community. Led by our CEO, Madam Selina Sophia Hee, the event brought together key stakeholders dedicated to advancing the sector.
The ceremony was proudly officiated by YB Dato’ Seri Panglima Dr. Salleh Tun Said Keruak, underscoring the strong government support behind SAFOSC’s mission to empower farmers, employers, and employees across Sabah. This launch sets the stage for greater collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth in agriculture.

The 1st Digital Data Collection Event for Non-Resident Workers, held on 28 August 2025, marked the first milestone in SAFOSC’s journey towards the digital management of employer and worker affairs in Sabah’s agricultural sector.
The event reflected the commitment of Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Sabah (PPNS) to empower and support the Peladang community, particularly in addressing matters related to workforce management and the employment of non-resident workers.

On 1 April 2026, SAFOSC marked an important milestone with the integration of HRiS (Human Resources Integrated System), strengthening its commitment to the digital transformation of workforce management in Sabah’s agricultural sector.
This integration marks the beginning of a new era in digital workforce management, enabling more structured management of employer and worker information, workforce records and supporting processes.
Building on SAFOSC’s journey since 2024, this milestone represents another step forward in delivering more efficient, connected and digitally enabled services to the Peladang community.
